Minister Khairy is coming to New Zealand as an ASEAN Prime Minister’s Fellow. He is an excellent public speaker and known as a rising star in the Malaysian political system. Having spent his formative years in England and graduating from Oxford, Minister Khairy is an adept economic and political commentator. Prior to entering politics he worked as a journalist, policy aide and investment banker. He has written for many major publications including The Economist, Time, and the Wall Street Journal. Those interested in ASEAN wide as well and Malaysian developments will be interested in hearing from the Minister.
