THE special collection boxes for the Mosque Building Fund (MBF) must be checked daily by mosque officers, said the acting director of Mosque Affairs yesterday
Hj Abd Rajid Hj Mohd Salleh, in his capacity as the Head of the Fund’s Secretariat, said this will enable mosque officers to be updated on the amount collected.
He added that mosque officers must also be diligent with the funds received.
This includes depositing the funds either on a daily or weekly basis, he said during a briefing for officers based in Zone II of the Brunei-Muara district.
