Re: “Govt targets water waste”, Editorial, July 30. So officials are going to be punished if they don’t save water by at least 10%. How quaint; how foolish. Who is going to do the monitoring? Perhaps there will now be water police to join those litter police who jump on tourists who throw cigarette butts in the streets.
