Electronic fund Payment: Payment must be received before registration confirmed and no later than 36 Hours before event:
Cancellation Policy: Payment is due upon registration: Fees will be refunded providing 3 (three) working days written notice is given prior to the day of the event. No refund will be given for cancellations within 3 (three) days, however substitute attendees are welcome.
