I am a visionary entrepreneur, energetic, highly focused, purpose driven, creative with integrity, well connected and I appreciate the role of customer value as the key for business success.

The quote, “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” – Albert Schweitzer, sets the path for my success.

I moved from Vietnam to New Zealand in 2003 and embarked on my journey to become an entrepreneur. I never looked back! My thesis in foreign investment in the Vietnamese stock market, while doing a research at University in Vietnam, received the highest score of 100%. This achievement become the fundamental foundation for all my successful start-ups over the years.

I successfully commercialised several hairy and audacious projects, some which sceptics said were impossible, such as: I sold the first business only after 1.5 years of trading, then I founded a fashion accessories brand Louie-Thomas and its products were sold to over 300 stores covering all of New Zealand and being featured in many of fashion magazines. I developed other interests in education and other brands were created: NED (2009), NZiFOCUS (2015)…

What about the future?

My passion for learning, learning pedagogy, inspiring students to be creative in their thinking and strategic in planning to create a suitable pathway for their higher education is driving my new project. We are currently working on a new project called “Road 2 Success” which is set to launch in early 2021. The impact of Covid-19 has changed the way we conduct all aspects of business. It opened up opportunities to redesign a sustainable business model, maximize the advantages of technology, borderless talent acquisition, and new frontier market initiatives.

Skills for future of work and personal development will be fundamental in global competitiveness. The project will deliver skills required for young people to excel in the future place of work, skills traditionally not taught in the school environment. It will be delivered through experiential, collaborative and facilitated learning experiences. An online pedagogy has been under development and 2020 was used to test and finetune our learning approach. I am looking forward in making this venture a massive success!
